Peaceful stay This is the second time we have stayed here in the squirrel cabin. And it was just as lovely and peaceful as the first time- probably felt it even more for us as we last stayed in 2019 and had a baby since then! Everything you need, in the cabin. Comfy bed, warm, Fluffy pillows, lovely welcome gifts, hot tub. Owners on hand if needed. We stayed with our dog too and they have bowls and welcome treats for them too 😊 there's a field at the side for a quick walk round which is handy. We went to Thornton reservoir for a walk (about 15 mins away, about one hour to walk round, all flat), market Bosworth country Park for a walk round (over an hours walk) and then bradgate Park- where you could walk and walk and walk and....! We ate at mallories which is 5 minute walk away on the Sunday for Sunday lunch which was really lovely and dog friendly. I cant fault this place and we hope to be back soon and not leave it as long to come back!!

Lovely dog friendly lodge We stayed in Hare for 2 nights, which was super cosy, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The app with all the local info was brilliant, and we enjoyed some great walks nearby. We had our two dogs with us and can definitely recommend as a dog friendly stay!

Highly recommended Second stay at Robin, love the location next to the Church. Cosy round house set in quite village, loved relaxing in the hot tub star gazing. Highly recommended, Emily-Jane is friendly and on hand if you want any advice. Mallories any a 10min walk, excellent food and service, also recommend Shaun Gould in the village if you need a sports massage, sorted by back issue. Will be rebooking soon.

Excellent! What a little gem this place is! Set in pretty grounds and with a warm welcome from the owners, couldn’t fault it at all. The accommodation is immaculate and all the little extras made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. It’s the second time we have visited and we’ll keep coming back!

An oasis of tranquility We stayed in the Squirrel over the weekend. Can't ask for a better place to get away from the stress of the day to day city life. The cabin was nice and comfy and the space didn't feel small or constrictive, everything was very well distributed making the best of the space available. The bed was extremly confortable and the hot tub very very nice. We loved it so much we already booked ohr return for next year!!

A great last minute find Our plans fell through for a weekend away, so we searched for somewhere local and found a roundhouse, Jenny Wren, at Mallory Meadows was available. Great little roundhouse with it's own decking area and hottub. Situated in a private little area round the back of the house, with a nice view out to the adjacent field. Very quiet at night. The roundhouse had everything we needed for a short stay away from home - combi microwave, hob, comfortable bed, lovely walk-in shower, the list goes on. It's amazing how much can be fitted into what looks like a small building! The skylight lights up the room all day like you've got a light on. Lovely welcome pack of nibbles and drinks on arrival was a nice surprise!! Use of the EV charger at no extra cost was great for our hybrid when exploring the local area. We didn't get to do the circular walk we'd planned due to the weather, unfortunately, but that's just another reason to go back. The owners are lovely people and were very nice to deal with. This is definitely somewhere we'll visit again - whether in the roundhouse or one of the other cabins.

Birthday Weekend Away My partner booked Mallory Meadows for my birthday. Despite the weather - high Winds and rain (the great British Summer) we had a fabulous relaxing stay. Everything was perfect to the welcome gift (nice touch) to the BBQ and Hot Tub. We met Emily-Jane as we arrived who gave us the low down on working the hot tub. We ordered a Chinese on the first evening from the handy digital guide that you download to your phone. On the second evening we had a BBQ (additional Β£10 charge for charcoal & utensils). If you need a couple of days to relax and unwind then I can highly recommend Mallory Meadows. You will not be disappointed

A wonderful getaway for two We stayed at the Hedgehog cabin which sleeps two. It was delightful. The bed was so comfortable, the hot tub was lovely, and so many birds, butterflies and bats to watch. Emily-Jane was so welcoming and recommended a lovely curry restaurant which we enjoyed. We will definitely return for another visit. Highly recommended.
